Cosmetics, perfumes, hair sprays attack pearls or deposit on their surface. Pearl jewelry should therefore be put on only after makeup and hairstyling. The heat of hairdryers and hand dryers also damages pearls. Please do not wear pearls when working around the house. After wearing the jewelry clean with a soft, damp cloth from traces of cosmetics and sweat.

If you are not satisfied with an item, you can easily return it to us within 14 days.

You can return any item to us within 14 days. Each package that is sent with standard shipping, a free return label is enclosed. For returns that were sent by express shipping, you will receive the required return label on our homepage under "Returns". After entering your data in the form, you will receive the return label from us by e-mail.

Excepted from the return are items that were engraved. These can neither be exchanged nor returned.
