§ 1 Participation

(1) Stütz GmbH, Petzoldstraße 13, 4020 Linz, Austria is the organizer of the competition. By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant accepts the following sweepstakes terms and conditions.

(2) Participation in the sweepstakes is free of charge and does not obligate the participant to order or purchase a product.

(3) All natural persons with a minimum age of 18 years who reside in Austria, Germany or Switzerland are eligible to participate.

(4) The sweepstakes will take place from April 17, 2022 until April 20, 2022, 23:59 on the @xenoxjewels Instagram account. Stütz GmbH expressly reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular in the presence of reasons that would disrupt or prevent a scheduled process.

(5) In order to participate in the sweepstakes, the user must follow the XENOX Instagram account @xenoxjewels and comment on and/or like the corresponding sweepstakes post as indicated in the posting.

(6) The winner will be determined after the end of the sweepstakes in a random draw among all participants.

(7) On Instagram, three times a pair of Happy Creoles (color of choice - turquoise, cream or red) will be raffled.

(8) The winner notification will be made by pointing out the winner under the respective post. The winner agrees to the naming of the profile name in the comments. The prize will be sent by mail exclusively to the winner's address. With the notification of the prize, the winner is requested to provide the contact details stated for sending or handing over the prize. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided.

§ 2 Exclusion from the competition

(1) Employees of Stütz GmbH and all companies affiliated with it pursuant to §15 f. AktG (German Stock Corporation Act) as well as their respective relatives are excluded from participation.

(2) In the event of a violation of these conditions of participation, Stütz GmbH reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition.

(3) Persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise obtain advantages through manipulation shall also be excluded. If necessary, prizes may also be subsequently revoked and reclaimed in these cases.

(4) Only one participation per person is allowed.

§ 3 Implementation and settlement

(1) The winner will be notified by Stütz GmbH via comment. Stütz GmbH is not liable if the winner does not take note of the message in time.

(2) If the winner does not get in touch within 7 days after sending the notification, the claim to the prize is forfeited.

(3) After the draw, the settlement takes place exclusively in direct contact between the winner and Stütz GmbH.

(4) Qualification of prizes. A compensation of this difference in value is excluded.

(5) A cash payment of the prize or any prize substitute is not possible in any case.

(6) The claim to the prize or prize substitute can not be assigned.

(7) Facebook/Instagram is not connected with this raffle in any way. The organizer alone is responsible.

§ 4 Premature termination of the competition

Stütz GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. Stütz GmbH will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons or for legal reasons, proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed. The official closing date for participation is 23.59 on 20.03.22.

§ 5 Privacy Policy

Stütz GmbH undertakes to comply with the legal provisions on data protection.

§ 6 Others

(1) Legal recourse is excluded.

(2) Austrian law is exclusively applicable.

(3) Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms of use.

(4) These terms of use may be amended by Stütz GmbH at any time without separate notification.
