Can I also place orders by phone?

Unfortunately, telephone orders are not possible at the moment. Our online store is clearly structured and allows you easy navigation. We advise and guide you step by step through your purchase. However, if there are any uncertainties, you can always send us a message to kundenservice@xenox.at. We will be happy to answer your questions.

Will I get a confirmation so I know if my order was successful?

Shortly after your purchase, you will automatically receive your order confirmation from us, which also contains your order number.

I do not live in the EU, do I also have the possibility to order?

We are very pleased about your interest in us and our products. At the moment we only deliver within the EU. But we are working at full speed to bring Xenox to you. Write us and let us know where you are from! (Free from 70EUR - otherwise 8.90 EURO)

Can I have my order delivered to Switzerland?

At the moment we only deliver within the EU. But we are working at full speed to bring Xenox to you.

Can I change my order later?

It is not possible to edit your order subsequently. If you change your mind, you can return your products to us after you have received your purchase.

PAYMENT

Can I order without a credit card?

Xenox also accepts payments through Klarna, PayPal, Mollie and Apple Pay. Please note that Klarna, Mollie, Apple Pay and PayPal are independent billing companies. I have problems with the delivery - who can I contact?

In order to process your problem as quickly as possible, simply send us a message to kundenservice@xenox.at with your request and your order number. We will answer you as soon as possible. That's a promise! For telephone support please contact our service hotline 0732/772895-0.

Can I send my package back again? If so, how long?

If you are not satisfied with an item, you can easily return it to us within 14 days.

Will my order be delivered to any address?

We will gladly deliver your package to any address within the EU!

How will my order be shipped?

After processing your order, we will deliver your order with standard shipping with Österreichische Post AG to the address you specified. Express deliveries are shipped with DHL Express.

Is my package insured?

Of course, your package is insured and trackable until you hold it firmly in your hands.

Can I track my shipment?

You can also check the current status of your order at any time on our website in the "My account" - "My orders" section. However, if you have chosen to purchase without registering, i.e. without creating a customer account, this option is not available to you.

When will my order be shipped?

When we receive your order, we will process it as soon as possible and prepare it for shipment. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Where does my package come from?

Your XENOX package comes directly from Stütz GmbH, Petzoldstraße 13, 4020 Linz.

What delivery times should I expect?

Delivery times for postal shipping depend on the shipping method you choose. With standard shipping you will receive your package within 2-7 days. With express shipping, your order will be with you within 1-2 days.

I am in a hurry! Is there an express delivery?

You want to have your order delivered even faster? No problem! With express delivery you get a package in just 1-2 days.

RETURNS

Which cancellation conditions do I have to consider?

You can return any item to us within 14 days. Each package that is sent with standard shipping, a free return label is enclosed. For returns that were sent by express shipping, you will receive the required return label on our homepage under "Returns". After entering your data in the form, we will send you the return label by e-mail.

Excluded from the return are items that have been engraved. These can neither be exchanged nor returned.

Do I have a warranty on my Xenox jewelry?

We always do our best so that you can enjoy your products for a long time. Our customer service kundenservice@xenox.at will be happy to answer all your questions about the warranty of your products.

How do I reach customer service?

Is it possible to send the jewelry directly as a gift?

When you place your order, you can distinguish between delivery address and billing address and thus have your order sent as a gift at any time. Please write us an additional e-mail so that we remove the price labels.
