Unfortunately, telephone orders are currently not possible. Our online store is clearly structured and allows you to navigate easily. We advise and accompany you step by step during your purchase. Do I get a confirmation so that I know if my order was successful?
Shortly after your purchase, you will automatically receive an order confirmation from us, including your order number.
I do not live in the EU; do I have the possibility to order?
We are very pleased about your interest in us and our products. At the moment we only deliver within the EU. But we are working hard to bring Xenox to you. Write us and let us know where you are coming from! (Free from 70 EUR - otherwise 8.90 EURO)
Can I have my order delivered to Switzerland?

Can I change my order at a later date?
It is not possible to change your order retrospectively at the moment. If you change your mind, you can return your products to us after you have received your purchase.
Can I order without a credit card?
Xenox also accepts payments through Klarna and PayPal. Please note that Klarna and PayPal are independent billing companies. We have no influence if your payment is declined. If you have further questions about your purchase on invoice, please contact Klarna or PayPal customer service directly.

After processing your order, we will deliver your order with DHL Paket GmbH to the address you provided.

Can I track my shipment?
You can check the current status of your order at any time on our website in the section "My account" - "My orders". However, if you have chosen to purchase without registering, i.e., without creating a customer account, this option is not available to you.
When will my order be shipped?
As soon as we receive your order, it will be processed and prepared for shipping as soon as possible. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, except for holidays. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail.

Your XENOX package comes directly from Stütz GmbH, Petzoldstraße 13, 4020 Linz.
Which delivery times should I expect?
The delivery times for postal shipping depend on the shipping method you have chosen. With standard shipping you will receive your package within 2-5 days. With express shipping, your order will arrive within 1-2 days.

You want your order to be delivered even faster? No problem! With express delivery you will get your package in only 1-2 days.
Which cancellation conditions do I have to comply with?
You can return any item to us within 14 days. You will receive the required return receipt on our homepage under "Returns". After entering your data in the form, you will receive the return label from DHL via e-mail.
